Why is your company right for you?
I love the products and use them myself. I've always been into skincare and pampering, so it felt natural to sell Posh since I was already sharing it with friends and family. With my Perfectly Posh business, I have found it to feel more like a hobby than work.

What are the best perks to your job?
The connections I've made with other women both in our community and around the country!

What is the biggest challenge of your job?
The biggest challenge for me personally was to overcome the stigma of using social media to promote direct sales - because that's all the rage and it was something I vowed I would not do. I think I've managed to find a good balance though, I do use social media for business but I've found other avenues to make Posh successful for me.

What is the buy-in?
$99

What do you pay out of pocket every month?

Zero

Does your income come from your sales or the sales of the people who you recruited for your team?

Mostly my own sales and a portion comes from my team.

What's your favorite product in the line that you recommend?

I always recommend our, BFF Exfoliating Face Wash.

What does your income supplement?

My income pays for extra curricular activities for my son and shopping for me outside of of our family budget. If I were to be 100% practical with my Perfectly Posh income, it could supplement bills such as my car payment and groceries.

What would it take for you to earn an average, full-time income with your business? $40,000, for example?

With consistency you can earn a full time income with Perfectly Posh. I expect to work about 30 hours a week on my business now that my son is in school full time,  I expect to reach a full time income within the next 18 months.

Advice for anyone looking to get into Direct Sales?

Slow and steady. It doesn't happen overnight. Consistency is key. Relationships are the foundation of direct sales, and most of all - don't worry about what other people are up to. Your journey is just that - YOUR JOURNEY!!
